28 Portulaca Self-Catering Apartment, in Durbanville, is situated in close proximity to Cape Town, Table Mountain and the Winelands (Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Paarl, Helderberg). This lovely apartment caters to both the corporate traveller and holiday family or couple. For those who are used to “the” more above the norm” living. 

Ideally for a weekend in Cape Town, tourists, wedding guests who are looking for accommodation close to the nearby wedding venues. Business travellers will appreciate the free internet access and families will enjoy the freedom and privacy of lock-up-and-go accommodation with all the luxuries of space and comfort at an affordable rate.

The apartments have fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dining and lounge area. The lounge opens onto a private patio with braai facilities. 

We offer one single garage parking and 2nd secure gated off-street parking.
